Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate Flutter & Firebase Mobile App Developer to join our engineering team and work on our production-ready, multi-tenant communication platform. In this role, you will develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and Android while working extensively with Firebase, Google Cloud, Agora, Google Maps, and other third-party integrations. You'll collaborate with designers, engineers, and QA to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready features from development through deployment. Job Description

• Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS and build responsive, reusable, and maintainable UI components following MVVM architecture.
• Build chat features such as typing indicators, message status, read receipts, emoji reactions, and link previews and integrate Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging (FCM), Storage, Crashlytics, Analytics, and Remote Config.
• Develop and maintain Firebase Cloud Functions integrations and write and maintain secure Firebase Security Rules.
• Build scalable Firestore database structures and optimize queries and implement push notifications for foreground, background, and terminated application states.
• Implement push notifications for foreground, background, and terminated application states.
• Integrate Agora RTC for voice and video calling.
• Implement incoming call experiences using iOS CallKit and VoIP Push Notifications.
• Manage call lifecycle, participant states, secure token generation, and cloud recording integrations.

Qualification

• 2 years of professional Flutter development experience with strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework.
• Experience building and publishing production Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Experience with Firebase Cloud Functions and serverless architecture.
• Strong understanding of Firebase Security Rules and Firestore database design.
• Experience implementing Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or other Flutter state management solutions.
• Solid understanding of MVVM architecture and clean coding practices.
• Experience building real-time applications such as chat or messaging platforms and integrating Agora RTC or similar voice and video communication SDKs.
• Experience implementing CallKit, VoIP Push Notifications, or native mobile communication features.

• Experience with Stripe payment and subscription integrations.
• Experience with Algolia or similar search platforms.
• Experience building Flutter Web applications.
• Experience with Node.js and Firebase Cloud Functions.
• Experience implementing Firebase Analytics custom event tracking.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Storage lifecycle policies.
• Experience with offline-first application architecture and data synchronization.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Codemagic, Fastlane, or other CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kotlin or Swift for native platform debugging.
• Experience building secure communication, collaboration, or messaging platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience using Jira, GitHub, or similar project management tools.
