Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to help manage project activities, track progress, and coordinate cross-functional teams using Jira and Trello. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop project management skills in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.
- Assist in sprint planning, roadmap execution, and tracking using project management tools like Jira and Trello.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Growth teams to ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth communication and workflow between teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Organize and lead stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support product testing and quality assurance processes by coordinating user feedback and testing efforts.
- Develop and present reports on project progress, team performance, and key KPIs.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Product Management, or Operations role, preferably in a tech startup or software company.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Trello, Jira).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team coordination and reporting.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS products, or EdTech platforms is a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
