Job Overview

A Transformation Associate at GoAccelovate identifies businesses, founders, and organizations facing operational, digital, or technology-related challenges and initiates transformation-driven conversations around automation, digital solutions, and scalable products. The role focuses on outreach, relationship-building, understanding business pain points, and supporting GoAccelovate's positioning as a trusted technology and transformation partner. This is not a traditional sales role. The position is designed for individuals who can build meaningful professional relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to solution-oriented business conversations.

Job Description

• Identify and connect with founders, business owners, startups, SMEs, and corporate decision-makers
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking events, referrals, and strategic communities
• Understand client pain points, operational inefficiencies, and transformation opportunities
• Initiate conversations around automation, digital transformation, workflow optimization, and technology solutions
• Support the creation of lightweight workflows, solution concepts, and transformation ideas
• Conduct research on industries, companies, competitors, and emerging trends before meetings and outreach
• Maintain structured lead records, follow-ups, and communication updates
• Share relevant use cases, demos, prototypes, and solution directions with prospects

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in outreach, business development, partnerships, consulting, client communication, or related roles
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Must have a strong and professional LinkedIn presence
• Fluent in English with strong speaking, listening, and communication abilities
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation tools, productivity platforms, and vibe coding tools
• Familiarity with outreach and lead generation platforms such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Slack, Notion, or similar platforms
