A Transformation Specialist at GoAccelovate is responsible for leading transformation-oriented conversations with businesses, startups, enterprises, and decision-makers by identifying operational, digital, and technology-related opportunities and recommending scalable solution directions. Job Description

• Lead transformation-focused conversations with founders, executives, enterprises, and strategic stakeholders
• Identify operational, automation, digital transformation, and product development opportunities within organizations
• Recommend scalable and sustainable transformation approaches based on business pain points and goals
• Develop high-level solution frameworks, workflows, transformation strategies, and execution directions
• Conduct deep research on industries, market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
• Position GoAccelovate as a trusted transformation, automation, and technology solutions partner
• Share advanced use cases, prototypes, automation workflows, and transformation concepts with prospects
• Qualify high-potential opportunities and coordinate strategic discovery sessions with leadership and technical teams

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in transformation consulting, business development, partnerships, digital solutions, automation, consulting, or similar client-facing roles
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and strategic thinking abilities
• Must have a strong and professional LinkedIn presence
• Fluent in English with excellent speaking, listening, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of transformation strategies, automation concepts, digital products, and technology-driven business solutions
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation ecosystems, productivity platforms, and vibe coding tools
• Familiarity with lead generation and intelligence platforms such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
