The Story
Borrowers had no self-service way to apply for loans, verify their identity, upload supporting documents, and manage repayments digitally. The lending journey relied on disconnected systems and manual processing. We built a secure mobile lending platform covering the complete loan lifecycle, including digital identity verification, loan applications, automated eligibility decisioning, electronic signatures, repayment management, and a companion web portal providing the same core functionality.
