The Story
The client's coaching business was capped by how many clients a coach could personally track through spreadsheets and messaging apps, with no structured way to manage programs or maintain consistent communication at scale. We built a mobile-first coaching app supporting structured program management, progress tracking, and direct coach-client communication, turning a one-to-one service into something a coach can run one-to-many.
