Sahla turns customer ideas into real, personalized products using 3D printing. As orders grew, the founders started running into two recurring problems: keeping order workflows organized, and capturing customer feedback consistently enough to maintain quality across every piece. They came to GoAccelovate looking for an AI agent to solve both problems. We started with discovery meetings to understand how Sahla actually worked day to day, then built multiple working prototypes so the team could compare real options rather than a single proposal. Once they picked a direction, we moved straight into building it out and stayed hands-on through the harder parts: teaching the agent to actually understand their customers and their internal workflow, not just automate a surface-level task.
