The Story
A large construction program had contractor claims, variations, and design changes tracked across email threads and spreadsheets, with no single view of financial exposure or which items were at risk of missing deadlines. We built a role-based project control portal giving admins, construction managers, and contractors each a tailored view, centralizing claims, deadlines, and value-at-risk tracking.
