The Story
Door hardware specification changes were being tracked over email between architects, builders, and suppliers, and a missed message could mean the wrong hardware showing up on site, causing expensive delays. We built a multi-role platform where all three parties can submit, approve, and track spec changes in one place, with a full audit trail so nobody works off outdated information.
